The West 75 feet of Lots 54 and 56 and the West 75 feet of the South 12 feet of Lot 58, on North Main Street, in Stolp’s Addition to the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, commonly known as 300 N Main St, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104 (the “Property”)
