MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING

The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, December 12, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.

Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present were Rachelle McCaleb, Penny Huff, Douglas Johnson, and Patrick Stepp. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.

Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.

McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

Stinson moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.

Stinson moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.

McClure stated D1 – hauling shale, replacing 2 culverts, and mowing.

Stinson stated D3 – hauling rock to yard and a couple projects. They are mowing and general business as usual. Commissioner Stinson will try to attend ACCO Board Mtg. on Wednesday in OKC.

F,edrick stated D2 – working on a major road rebuild on Jackson Road, east of Medford. Putting in culverts, shale, and rocking. Getting ready to mulch trees.
