The Medford City Council will hold a public hearing to gather citizen input into granting a fence variance for a portion of Lot Thirteen (13), Lot Fourteen (14) and Lot Fifteen (15), Block Five (5) Grattans Addition to the City of Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, a/k/a known as 324 W. Choctaw St. A request has been made by the owner of the property to install a four-foot (4’) fence in the front yard without complying Section 6.3(c) of the City of Medford Zoning Code which limits the height of front yard fences to three and half feet (42”). The hearing will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, in the Medford Community Room at 615 N. Front in Medford.
