NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Nelda F. Patterson, the duly appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Lawrence Dean Patterson, Deceased, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, on the 4th day of December, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., all of the right, title and interest of said Estate of Lawrence Dean Patterson, in and to the following described real property:
24682 County Road 740, Jet, Oklahoma 73749, with a legal address of:
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4 of Section One (1) Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Nine (9) W.I.M., Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with improvements;
The sale shall take place at the property which is located 24682 County Road 740, Jet, Oklahoma, 73749. Further, said sale shall be subject to confirmation by the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma.
