NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL,
APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE,
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
AND TERMINATION OF JOINT TENANCY
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Michael Ray Walker, deceased, and the Estate of Kathy Ann Walker, deceased, that on the 23rd day of June, 2025, Cory Dale Walker produced and filed in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, instruments purporting to be a signed and dated copy of the Last Will and Testament of Michael Ray Walker and the Last Will and Testament of Kathy Ann Walker, deceased, along with a Petition asking that each said Last Will and Testament be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Cory Dale Walker as the Personal Representative named in the Will, that Decedents= joint tenancy in certain property be terminated, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of the decedents.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on June 23, 2025, notice is given that the 21st day of July, at 2:00 o’ clock p.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard before the Honorable Jeff Crites, Judge of the District Court, at the Grant County Courthouse, 112 E. Guthrie Street, Medford, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
