MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday June 20, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present was Rachelle D. McCaleb and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
Stinson moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motion carried.
McClure moved to approve Purchase Orders and Travel Claims. Stinson seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motin carried.

Stinson moved to approve Annual Resolutions for FY 25-26 as follows:
Resolution 2025-109 – lnterlocal Cooperative Agreement Circuit Engineering District #8 Resolution 2025-144- Grant County Health Department Yearly Contract FY 25-26 Resolution 2025-111 – Pre-Employment Drug Testing

McClure moved to approve Bridge Inspection Invoice- CED for $27,418.12. Stir.son seconded.. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Matin carried.
No action taken on Quit Claim Deed City of Pond Creek.
Stinson moved to approve Ambulance Service Agreement – City of Pond Creek and Grant County BOCC and Miller EMS – FY 25-26. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motin carried.
McClure discussed D1 still has one culvert out to repair. Graders are running. Patching roads this week and next week.
Stinson discussed D3 working on getting things fixed before next rain. Will work on Grady Road today to patch potholes and will work on the rock after harvest.
Fredrick discussed D2 is smoothing out the washed out areas and working on culverts.
New Business: Stinson moved to approve quote from Cink Services to replace section of sidewalk at the South end of the Courthouse next to the street. McClure seconded. Fredrick – aye; Stinson – aye; McClure – aye; Motin carried.
