NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
An application has been filed by Thad Ehresman of Medicine Lodge, Kansas pursuant to Article 29 Section 2 (1) of the City Zoning regulations, requesting a variance to build beyond property line boundaries, encroaching on City easements, for the purpose of installing a side and rear fence.

This application will be considered by the Medicine Lodge Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting, August 25, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall 114 W First Ave. Medicine Lodge, Kansas.
You may appear at this time whether in person, by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the concerns and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
