NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 22, 2026, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Kingman County, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas:

  Case No. BZA-SU- 26-002, Tiger Chemical LLC, 729 E 1st St. Cunningham, KS 67035 request an amendment to BZA-SU-16-702

Legal Description: A portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 28 South, Range 10 West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Cunningham, Kingman County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 28 South, Range 10 West of the 6th Principal Meridian; thence with a bearing South 00°25’24” West (basis of bearings is NAD83 Kansas South Zone) along the West line of said Northwest Quarter 303.00 feet; thence South 89°40’02” East 635.65 feet for the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89°40’02” East 686.66 feet; thence South 00°03’03” East 326.87 feet (previously described as 325.76 feet) to the Northerly right-of-way of the Kansas and Oklahoma Railroad; thence North 83°56’41” West along said railroad right-of-way line 692.91 feet; thence North 00°25’24” East 257.77 feet to the point of beginning.

All of that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section 4, Township 28 South, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in Kingman County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 4-T28S-R10W aforesaid, thence South on the West line of Section 4 aforesaid a distance of 303 feet to a point; thence East at right angles on a bearing of North 89 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 620.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence East on a bearing of North 89 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 701.66 feet to a point on the East line of a tract as described in the deed from William Becker and Darlene Becker to Kingman Manufacturing Company, Inc., dated May 9th, 1973; thence North along said East line and on a bearing of North 01 degree 15 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 311.95 feet to a point on the North line of said Section 4; thence West on a bearing South 88 degrees 44 minutes 02 seconds West a distance of 699.60 feet to a point; thence South on a bearing of South 00 degrees 53 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 307.20 feet to the point of beginning.

General Location: Just East of Valley Street along East First Street Cunningham, KS just outside of city limits to the South. 

Acreage:  10 acres More or Less.

You may appear at this time in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter.  After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
