SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Barber County, Kansas, in the above entitled action, I will, on Thursday, 4th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in front of the Barber County Courthouse, 118 E Washington Ave, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104, offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand all the right, title and interest of the defendant above named in and to the following described real property situated in the County of Barber, State of Kansas, to-wit:
Lot 1 and the East Half of Lot 2, Block 47, City of Hardtner, Barber County, Kansas, commonly known as 305 N. Choctaw St., Hardtner, Kansas
Said real property is levied on as the property of the defendant above named and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy said Order of Sale.
