ORDINANCE NO. 512
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDFORD, OKLAHOMA THAT SECTION 2-23 TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS IN THE 2018 MEDFORD PUNICIPAL CODE IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The regularly scheduled monthly meetings of the City Council of the City of Medford, Oklahoma shall be amended to change the meeting times from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the City Hall Building at 615 N. Front.
SECTION 2. The regularly scheduled monthly meetings of the Medford Economic Development Authority will follow the City Council Meetings. The Medford Public Works Authority will follow the Medford Economic Development Authority meeting.
SECTION 3. If the regularly scheduled meeting date of the second Monday of the month of the City Council or Medford Economic Development Authority or the Medford Public Works Authority should fall on the date of a legal holiday, the meeting will be held the next day on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of City Hall at 615 N. Front Street, Medford, Oklahoma.
