Muegge, both of Lamont, OK, intend to apply for permission to acquire 25 percent or more of the shares and thereby control of State Exchange Bancshares, Inc, Lamont, Oklahoma. State Exchange Bancshares, Inc. controls The State Exchange Bank, Lamont, Oklahoma. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
