RESOLUTION NO. 2026-R-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KINGMAN COUNTY, KANSAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE K3 ADDITION SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, No. 6 of Section 4, Article IV of the Subdivision Regulations for Kingman County, Kansas, require that the Board of County Commission approve or disapprove the final plat of a proposed subdivision within sixty (60) days of submission.
WHEREAS, the final plat of proposed subdivision, K3 Addition, was submitted to the Board for consideration of April 6, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
Having reviewed the proposed final plat and supporting documentation, the Board hereby approves of the final plat of the K3 Addition proposed subdivision.
The final plat and all supporting documentation submitted to the Board shall be incorporated into this Resolution by reference.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force and effect after its adoption and publication in the official county newspaper. The County Clerk is directed to publish this Resolution once in the official county newspaper.
