SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2156
Ordinance No. 2156 creates Chapter XV, Article 2, Section 15-246 of the Code of the City of Kingman, establishing requirements for non-resident connections to the City’s water utility. The ordinance provides that all non-resident water users shall be governed by all rules and regulations that apply to residents and properties within the City. The ordinance further provides that no additional non-resident connections to the City water system may be made without prior approval of the City Commission.
