NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Pat Myers, one of the trustees under the Testamentary Trust Estate of Myrtle C. King, deceased, praying for the approval of the annual accounting by the trustees. A summary of the accounting is attached.
According to the terms of said Petition, fee for the services of the Board of Trustees has been waived and the Court has been requested to make reasonable allowance for attorney’s fees.
Hearing on said Petition has been set for the 12th day of March, 2026, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., of said day, in said Court, in the City of Medicine Lodge, Barber County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Any written defenses must be filed on or before said date. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
