NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED EXECUTION SALE
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on July 24, 2024, a Journal Entry of Judgment was entered into in favor of BancCentral, N.A. (“BCNA”) awarding a judgment against Kyle D. Hughbanks in the amount of $109,386.58 in Woods County, Oklahoma (“Judgment”).
You are further notified that BCNA registered the Judgment in Harper County District Court on September 11, 2024 initiating the above-captioned action.
You are further notified that on January 16, 2026, Dream First Bank (“DFB”), successor in interest to BCNA, assigned the Judgment and all rights and title DFB maintained in and to the Judgment to Famous Capital Shoes, LLC, who filed the appropriate notice of such assignment under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-2405 in this Case on January 26, 2026.
The amount owed on the Judgment on the date entered was $109,386.58, plus additional interest that had accrued on the Judgment from June 3, 2024 and continues to accrue daily, which is the interest rate provided in the Judgment, for reimbursement of costs and expenses, and attorney fees incurred by BCNA, DFB, and now Famous Shoes Capital, LLC until the Judgment is satisfied.
You are hereby notified that the Court issued an Amended Writ of Special Execution on February 17, 2026 in the above-captioned case directing that the following real property, to wit:
A Tract of Twenty-five acres (25 A) in a square in the Northwest corner of Section Twenty-seven (27) in Township Thirty-three South (33 S) in Range Nine West (9 W) of the 6th P.M. in Harper County, Kansas
be sold at a rescheduled sheriff’s sale to apply to the amount owed on Judgment and that such rescheduled sheriff’s sale will take place at 10:00 a.m. on March 12, 2026, on the steps of the Barber County Courthouse, 118 E. Washington Ave, Medicine Lodge, Kansas 67104 pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-2410(b).
The sale of the above described real property located in both Harper County, will be subject to a redemption period in the amount of three (3) months as provided by law, unless otherwise terminated by Court order under the requirements of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-2414(a).
