NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
An application has been filed by Rodney Ringer of Medicine Lodge, Kansas pursuant to Article 29 Section 2 (1) of the City Zoning regulataions, requesting a variance from the required minimum front yard fence height of 4 feet to 6 feet requirements for the purpose of installing a front yard fence 6’x30’x51’.

General location: 1206 North Walnut Street
This application will be considered by the Medicine Lodge Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting, January 20, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall 114 W First Ave. Medicine Lodge, Kansas.
You may appear at this time whether in person, by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the concerns and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
