NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS,
DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
AND TERMINATION OF JOINT TENANCY
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Carolyn Murphy, deceased, that on the 2nd day of January, 2026, Matthew Schultz produced and filed in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, instruments purporting to be a signed and dated copy of the Last Will and Testament of Carolyn Murphy, deceased, along with two signed and dated codicils left by the Decedent, along with a Petition asking that said Last Will and Testament and codicils be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Matthew Schultz as the Personal Representative named in the Second Codicil of the Will, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of the decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 2nd day of January, 2026, notice is given that the 26th day of January, 2026, at 10:00 o=clock a.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard before the Honorable Jeff Crites, Judge of the District Court, at the Grant County Courthouse, 112 E. Guthrie Street, Medford, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
