MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday September 19, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Stinson called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Steve Stinson and Keith McClure. Also, present were Rachelle Mccaleb and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act. Stinson moved to approve Transfer of Appropriations. McClure seconded. Stinson – aye; McClure

Church: Quest – Point Count Analysis Testing and Precision Testing Laboratories Abatement and Disposal Proposal. Table until next BOCC meeting.
OSU Extension will host Grant County 4-H members at the October 6, 2025 BOCC meeting. They will read their Proclamation and take photos with commissioners for newspaper. Commissioners have also been made aware of the Fair Board Training to be held on December 6, 2025 and asked to attend.
McClure discussed District 1 – normal maintenance, grading, mowing, hauling rock.
Stinson discussed District 3 – working on bridge in Pond Creek, should complete today. Requests for road projects are getting done. Normal Maintenance is being done, and he will attend ACCO Board meeting on Wednesday.
