NOTICE OF HEARING

To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers, and Takers of oil and gas and all persons living or if deceased their known and unknown successors and all corporations existing and if dissolved their known and unknown successors and all other persons having an interest in the lands covered hereby, particularly in Grant County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission grant an EXCEPTION to OAC 165:10-5-6(b)(2)(D) in the lands described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following SPECIAL RELIEF: The request is:

(a) that an exception to the rule be granted so that Applicant is allowed to continue disposal successfully;

(b) that references to requirements for annual mechanical integrity tests (MITs) and to annual radioactive tracer surveys (RATs) be included in the Order to issue; and

(c) that the Order herein be effective prior to the date of issuance of the Order.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause has been set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence, and reporting to the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard on September 10, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Concourse Theater (located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building), Suite C50, Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 North Lincoln Boulevard, in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone or teleconference. Instructions for participation and teleconference/video numbers will be posted on the Commission’s website, oklahoma.gov/occ, and sent out via the Commission’s GovDelivery service.
