NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingman County Planning Commission will meet, Monday September 28th. The Kingman County Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Case No. Z -26 -004.   Proposed by Larry Neises, for a Small Plat Subdivision within A-1\/ General Agriculture District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal description: The Northeast Quarter (NE\/4) of Section Thirty\u2014six (36). Township Twenty\u2014seven (27) South. Range Five (5) West of the 6th P.M., Kingman County, Kansas EXCEPT the following tracts: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE\/4) of Section 36, Township 27 South, Range 5 West of the 6th P.M., Kingman County. Kansas; thence N 90\u201900\u201900\u2019’ E (assumed) along the North line of said Northeast Quarter for a distance of 1143.28 feet to a point 1492.49 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence S 0013’48’ W parallel to the East tine of said Northeast Quarter for a distance of 1313.38 feet; thence S 90\u201900’00’\u2019 W parallel to said North line for a distance of 1275.10 feet to the West line of said Northeast Quarter; thence N 05’57’32” E along said West line for a distance of 1320.50 lest to the point of beginning; AND A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE\/4) of Section Thirty\u2014six (36), Township Twenty\u2014seven (27) South, Range Five (5) West of the 6th P.M., Kingman County, Kansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence S 0013’48’ W along the East line of said Northeast Quarter for a distance of 1313.38 lest; thence S 9000’00” W parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter for a distance of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1492.49 feet; thence N 00’13’46” E parallel with the East line of said Northeast Quarter for a distance of 1313.38 feet to the North line of said Northeast Quarter; thence N 90’00’00” E along the North line of said Northeast Quarter for a distance of 1492.49 feet to the point of beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General location: At the \u00bc South of corner of NE 10th Street and NE 170th Avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Acreage: 85.5 acres more or less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter.  After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the Governing Body which, if approved under the County Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by resolution.  The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
