MCCAY, as an heir of JAMES ARTHUR MCCAY, Deceased, requesting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Descent be determined of the following Real Property legally described as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Northeast Quarter (NE\/4) and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E\/2 SE\/4) of Section Ten (10) of Township Thirty-two (32), Range Seventeen (17), in Comanche County, Kansas; commonly known as 00000 US HWY 160, Wilmore, Comanche County, KS 67155.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that such real estate be assigned pursuant to the Family Settlement Agreement attached to the Petition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before August 28, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in Comanche County District Court, 201 S New York Ave, Coldwater, Comanche County, Kansas, at which time and place such case will be heard.&nbsp; Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bernadette I.
