Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Thursday, July2, 2026, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, \u00a7301-314 o.s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stinson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Steve Stinson, Keith McClure, and Craig Fredrick. Also present were Rachelle McCaleb as Secretary, and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penny Huff said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act. There were no Transfer of Appropriations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McClure moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. Fredrick seconded. Stinson &#8211; aye; McClure &#8211; aye; Fredrick &#8211; aye; Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fredrick moved to approve purchase orders and travel claims. McClure seconded. Stinson &#8211; aye; McClure &#8211; aye; Fredrick &#8211; aye; Motion carried<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McClure stated 01 &#8211; mowing, spraying, grading and hauling material. Fredrick stated 02 &#8211; mowing, grading and culver installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stinson stated 03 &#8211; mowing, grading and business as usual. Project on Kremlin blacktop: they will likely use 2 graders to block the road to help slow down traffic or have them turn around. They will get this project done as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No new business to discuss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At 9:20 a.m. Fredrick moved to adjourn.
