THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PERSONS CONCERNED:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Amy Baker, as an owner of an interest in and to the following described real estate, praying that descent be determined of the decedents\u2019 interests in and to the following described real estate in Comanche County, in Kansas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An undivided interest in and to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE\/4 NE\/4) of Section 12;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N\/2 SE\/4) and the Southeast Quarter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of the Southeast Quarter (SE4 SE\/4 of Section 1,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

all in Township 33 South, Range 20 West of the 6th P.M., Comanche County,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kansas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and that such property be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before the 28th day of July, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. in the District Court of Comanche County, in Coldwater, Kansas, at which time and place the Petition shall be heard.  If you fail to file written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
