Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday June 13, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, \u00a7301-314 O.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig Fredrick, Steve Stinson, and Keith McClure. Also present was Rachelle D. McCaleb and Penny Huff. Donnie Head entered at 9:15am. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Stinson, Fredrick, and McClure used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stinson said a prayer and McClure led the flag salute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act. There were no Transfer of Appropriations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stinson moved to approve Blanket Purchase Orders. McClure seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; McClure &#8211; aye; Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McClure moved to approve Purchase Orders and Travel Claims. Stinson seconded. Cintas will send copy of their yearly addendum template that can be added to a contract if the County approves to sign with Cintas. This would allow that the County to review and sign off each year. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; McClure &#8211; aye; Matin carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No action taken on outstanding payments to IRS for penalties and interest for years 2021, 2023,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stinson moved to approve Annual Resolutions for FY 25-26 as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resolution 2025-107 -ACCO-SIF &#8211; Workman\u2019s Compensation Renewal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resolution 2025-108 &#8211; Eastern OK Youth Services &amp; Grant County for Pittsburgh County Regional Juvenile Detention Center Resolution 2025-143 &#8211; County Budgeting Services LLC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McCaleb will contact an inspector for the church building to get pricing information and schedule inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McClure moved to approve Letter of Support for Medford EMS. Stinson seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; McClure &#8211; aye; Motin carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stinson moved to acknowledge Grant County Treasurer\u2019s 2025 June Resale Minutes. McClure seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; McClure &#8211; aye; Motin carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McClure d;scussed D1 is catching up on culverts washed out and hauling shale to wash out spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stinson discussed D3 fixing culverts. They are also helping Pond Creek pick up branches and haul off from the storm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fredrick discussed D2 had to close 2-3 roads and is still working on replacing and fixing tubing.
