Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Wednesday, February 5, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, \u00a7301-314 O.S.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig A. Fredrick, Max L. Hess, and Steve Stinson. Also present was Rachelle D Mccaleb. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick, Hess, and Stinson used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess said a prayer and Stinson led the flag salute.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mccaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No comments from the public.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCaleb indicated that Transfer of Appropriations were signed at the February 3, 2025 meeting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess moved to approve the Monthly Appropriations. Stinson seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were no Blanket Purchase Orders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess moved to approve Purchase Orders and Travel Claims. Stinson seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stinson moved to approve Regular Payroll for Officers\/ Employees for January 2025 for disbursement in February 2025. Hess seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stinson moved to approve Statutory Travel for Elected Officers for January 2025 for disbursement in February 2025. Hess seconded. Fredrick- aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stinson moved to approve Monthly Mortgage Tax &amp; Certification Fee for January 2025 for disbursement in February 2025. Hess seconded. Fredrick- aye; Hess- aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess moved to approve allocation of Alcoholic Beverage Tax for January 2025 for disbursement in February 2025. Stinson seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stinson moved to approve allocation of Motor Vehicle Tax for January 2025 for disbursement in February 2025. Hess seconded. Fredrick- aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess moved to approve Notice to Bidder &#8211; Bid #01-2025 for Medford Fire Department-Purchase New Fire Truck. Stinson seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fredrick moved to approve Notice to Bidder &#8211; Bid #02-2025 Bridge Project Local No. 99 Old NBI No. 10178 Elm Creek-Material-D2. Stinson seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fredrick moved to approve Notice to Bidder &#8211; Bid #03-2025 Bridge Project Local No. 99 Old NBI No. 10178 Elm Creek-Labor-D2. Hess seconded. Fredrick &#8211; aye; Hess &#8211; aye; Stinson &#8211; aye; Motion carried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McCaleb discussed that AT&amp;T will not require elevator vendor to be present during installation of elevator emergency telephone on 02.12.2025. They will call the vendor if needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No New Business. Stinson reported District 3 is hauling rock and working on gravel roads.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess reported District 1 is working out south and cleaning up a right of way.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fredrick reported that District 2 is working on moving the first of three pieces of equipment to auction. They are also working in the shop.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At 10:00 a.m. Stinson moved to adjourn. Hess seconded.
