B Street Barn (Corner of B & Cedar Streets)

IMPORTANT: checks must be mailed to the Kingman Chamber of Commerce at 322 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068. Your space WILL NOT be guaranteed until your payment has been received. RULES & REGULATIONS

Show Time: Sat., September 27, 9a.m. - 3 p.m.

Set Up Time:
Please have booth(s) set up by 9 a.m. Saturday. The booth(s) will remain intact until 3 p.m. and be will manned at all times.

Booth spaces shall be 10 ft. deep and 10 ft. wide. Spaces will be $40.00/space with a 3 (three) space limit.

Tables will be $8.00 each. The table inventory is limited so please submit your request on the registration form. Please drape table to the floor and place storage containers under the tables for a professional appearance. You are invited to bring your lawn chair (no chairs will be provided).

Registering your booth: You can mail the completed form & payment to the address listed at the bottom of the form or you can click on the link located at www.kingmancc.com to register. Online registration fees must be received within 1 week of the online registration date. Otherwise your space will not be reserved.

We will have a Raffle drawing for shoppers. Items donated by vendors will be displayed with business cards at the entrance to the “B Street Barn.” If you would like to donate an item to the drawing, please indicate on the Registration Form.

Electrical outlets are limited and not guaranteed. If you require an outlet, please bring a heavy-duty extension cord. Please do not extend extension cords across any walk-way.

As we map the Festival, every effort will be made to avoid placing like booths next to each other.

Entry deadline is September 24, 2014, or until full. Refunds shall be at the discretion of the Kingman Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Refunds will not be issued after September 24, 2014.

Exhibitors assume all risks for accidents/losses to themselves and exhibits. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting state sales tax and reporting it to the State of Kansas.
